How to make it?

Then create your account there.
follow the instruction there.
Log in with your account *of course!*click 'Look and feel' and then select 'colours and fonts'
And, design you cbox by your own creation! Don't try to copy another bloggers.
Click 'publish!' if you are done design your cbox. copy your cbox code!

paste the code to 'HTML/JavaScript' Widget.
